Destination Hope Treatment Center re-branding and PR campaign

Challenge

Destination Hope of Fort Lauderdale, FL was a 75-bed facility in need of a new image.  Their logo, marketing materials and website were outdated and not performing optimally nor were they performing per Google’s standards.  The founder wanted to raise awareness of his programs through speaking engagements, media placement, conferences, and community events.

Objective
Design a new logo, rebuild website that was optimized and performed for lead generation, increase form fills, set up chat, build out newsletter, develop copy and messaging for new Mature Adult programming. At the same time, develop press kit and garner media for programs.  DH was one of the first non-Medicare PHP programs in South Florida. Their MH Center was also one of the first residential programs in Broward county.

Solution
New materials and a better performing website were key elements we needed to fix. Their brand was lacking strong messaging so we did a complete website and branding overhaul. We launched several new addiction and behavioral health websites, implemented new chat feature which streamlined communication to the call center.

Results

  • Over 50 earned national and regional placements resulting in 3,000,000+ impressions
  • Increased calls and form fills up by 60%
  • Executed 30 conferences in a two year span from planning, creation of exhibit materials, travel logistics and booth activation.
  • The owner was featured on Fox & Friends national morning show, NBC6 Miami, WBPF 25, Goldcoast Magazine, Fort Lauderdale illustrated, Boca Life, Lifestyle Magazine, 3x episodes on A&E’s Intervention, and many more articles.
